Dr. Dan Coe is an ESA/AURA Astronomer at STScI. He earned his Ph.D. across the street at Johns Hopkins, including two years studying abroad in Granada, Spain. After a Caltech postdoc at JPL, Dan returned to Baltimore for his second postdoc working primarily on the CLASH program at STScI. He uses gravitational lensing to map the dark matter in galaxy clusters and to magnify the distant universe.
