Anthony Marston is the ESA/JWST Archive Scientist at Space Telescope Science Institute. He got his Ph.D. from the University of Manchester in the UK in 1987 and from 1988 to 2000 he was faculty at the Physics and Astronomy Department at Drake University, where he held positions as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Chair. From 2000 to 2003, he was the Lead of the User Support Team at the Spitzer Science Center in Caltech. He started to work for ESA in 2003, as the HIFI Instrument and Calibration Scientist at ESTEC in The Netherlands (2003-2005) and as the Herschel Instrument and Calibration Scientists Team lead at ESAC in Spain (2005-2016).
